Stephen R. Botti
Mr. Botti is recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers in the field of family law and child custody in the Chicago metropolitan area. A former Cook County prosecutor, he has practiced family law for over thirty-three years and has successfully litigated or negotiated settlements in many high profile Illinois family law cases. Mr. Botti has significant expertise with complex estates that involve multi-million dollar holdings and require sophisticated financial expertise in the areas of business and property valuation, child custody, visitation, child support, and maintenance incidents to upper bracket marital estates.
Lee A. Marinaccio
In Mr. Marinaccio’s early career as an attorney, he concentrated his practice in the area of criminal trial prosecutions. As a special assistant attorney with the United States Department of Justice; an assistant United States Attorney, a first assistant State’s Attorney in Kane County, Illinois; and an assistant DuPage County State’s Attorney, Lee obtained extensive and valuable experience as a trial lawyer. Since leaving his commitment to public service, Lee has concentrated his legal practice in the area of family law. For the past 40 years, Lee has exclusively handled family law matters.
Matthew A. Bajakian
Matthew A. Bajakian is a seasoned family law attorney committed to providing comprehensive legal representation tailored to your unique situation. Building on this foundation of advocacy, he transitioned to the role of Division Attorney for the Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. From August 2022 to March 2024, he played a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of family matters. Tasked with drafting opinions and orders for esteemed judges, contributing to the refinement of essential forms, and conducting in-depth legal research, he honed his expertise in every facet of family law.
